I endeavour to tailor therapy sessions to suit each unique individual, to help support them to navigate a wide range of mental health, personal or relational challenges. I draw upon evidence-based treatments and therapy styles to support patients to build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve their goals. Above all, my goal is to foster a strong patient-therapist relationship, which I view as the foundation to successful, meaningful therapy.
At initial consultation, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, what your goals are and what you would like therapy to look like (skill-building versus talk-based therapy, long versus short-term etc.). My goal is to get to know you, for you to ask any questions you may have, and to discuss what therapy may look like should you wish to proceed together.
Sessions are available in person at The Camberwell Collective or online via Telehealth.
I offer neuroaffirming Autism and ADHD assessment for adolescents and adults.
The assessment process involves listening to your experiences, history, strengths and challenges, exploring these alongside the use of standardized questionnaires.
After scoring and reviewing the results, these are integrated into a comprehensive report. Finally, we schedule a feedback session to discuss the findings, answer any questions you may have, and provide recommendations based on your goals.
